Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining accurate and engaging product information for a seamless online shopping experience? We are looking for a Product Data Assistant to manage, upload, and optimize product data and imagery, ensuring consistency and accuracy across our eCommerce platform.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Sourcing imagery and product data for products across the site, conducting ongoing reviews to ensure optimisations are applied where relevant to enhance user experience
  • Ensuring the website displays the correct product information, product images, and videos, maintaining consistency with guidelines
  • Ensure back-end product data is up to date, correct and fully enhanced with additional product optimisations including product variations and categorisation
  • Liaise with the buying team to ensure all new products are enhanced and loaded into the product management system prior to the arrival of inventory and set live as soon as inventory is available
  • Work with our internal marketing/content, design and studio team to ensure content is created for all products in a timely and accurate manner
  • Interact and engage with internal stakeholders to maintain the product data workflow and resolve any obstacles that disrupt this process
  • Manage deadlines and needs for all product page brought to site to ensure timely execution
  • Conduct weekly back and front end site audits to ensure all products are available to purchase, accurate and up to date
  • This role is based onsite at our office in Ortigas, Pasig City.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exhibit an exceptional level of attention to detail, recognizing the critical role accuracy plays in managing product data.
  • Demonstrate a strong familiarity with and experience in using various computer systems relevant to the role.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, meticulously follow instructions, and work with minimum supervision.
  • Capable of working independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistent productivity.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, coordinate across multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities for successful project execution.
  • Familiarity with Australian English is advantageous for effective communication.
  • Display a passion for working in an entrepreneurial and high-growth environment, contributing to the company’s vision.
  • Work onsite office location in Ortigas, Pasig City
