Job Summary:
The Netsuite Analyst and Business Process Administrator will manage and optimize the company’s Netsuite ERP system, ensuring efficient workflows and system performance. This role involves troubleshooting, developing custom solutions, and collaborating with teams to drive process improvements. You will enhance system functionality, support business operations, and ensure data accuracy across all departments.

The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities

  • Will work closely with both the tech and BPM teams to align initiatives and ensure seamless integration of NetSuite and business processes.
  • Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and stability.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain customizations and configurations in NetSuite to support process improvements.
  • Collaborate with business departments to identify, document, analyze, and optimize business processes.
  • Train end-users on NetSuite functionality and process improvements, and provide ongoing support.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to all internal NetSuite users.

Duties and responsibilities

Analysis

  • Partner with the business and build relationships within the tech team – & business team members. Communicate clearly and coordinate closely with each team member
  • Support the business in building requirements and user stories.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline current processes with NetSuite.
  • Clearly articulate problems, solutions, and processes.
  • Take business requirements and user stories, form technical requirements, and produce the desired outcome.
  • Build process maps and documentation to explain to other team members.
  • Design and deliver training sessions with team members.

Administration and QA

  • Manage users, roles, permissions, and authentication.
  • Design and set up reports for each function within the business.
  • Create saved searches & reports and assist other staff in their setup & use.
  • Manage templates, forms, custom records & custom fields.
  • Plan, implement and review customizations of NetSuite including custom records, forms, fields, saved searches and reports
  • Quality Assurance & test pre-Go-Life into production

Support

  • Monitor and maintain day to day operation of the NetSuite platform for internal stakeholders.
  • Systematically break down issues to identify root causes and resolve them.
  • Troubleshoot issues. Create & document troubleshooting workflows.
  • Support existing NetSuite scripts.
  • Support internal users on NetSuite issues

Other

  • Follow agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM) and help to improve DEV process & outcome.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customizations, and integrations
  • Report to GM of Technology and work closely with Tech Team and business stakeholders based in Perth & Melbourne, Australia

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in NetSuite administration, configuration, and customization, as well as experience in business process analysis and improvement.
  • NetSuite Administrator certification or NetSuite ERP Consultant certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with business process modelling techniques and tools, such as BPMN or flowcharts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Highly preferred Metro Manila resident applicants
