- Image Retouching and Enhancement:
- Prepare, manage, and execute image retouching projects for both online and print media.
- Ensure images adhere to specific brand guidelines, maintaining consistent quality and meeting format specifications (e.g., size, resolution, baseline grids).
- Retouch and optimize images for high-quality digital and print outputs, including website use, product imagery, and social media assets.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with creative, marketing, and merchandising teams to conceptualize and design visually compelling content, ensuring all imagery is retouched to the highest standard.
- Work within the established brand identity, contributing to the creation of digital experiences and campaigns.
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
- Production Support:
- Provide detailed retouching production assistance, ensuring accuracy in file formats, naming conventions, and delivery specifications.
- Assist with the creation of style guides and maintain consistency across all digital imagery.
- General Digital Design Assistance:
- Support larger digital initiatives such as banners, newsletters, and other marketing collateral, contributing where necessary to ensure high-quality design.

- Retouch images for use across various digital platforms in accordance with web and print guidelines.
- Ensure images meet the required resolutions, align with baseline grids, and are optimized for both desktop and mobile displays.
- Path and retouch images for print, ensuring high-quality resolution and color accuracy.
- Banner Creation:
- Design and retouch images for website banners, including mobile and social media banners, maintaining consistent quality and alignment with brand standards.
- Email and Digital Template Design:
- Retouch images for email campaigns and maintain a library of image assets for digital templates.
Performance Metrics:
- Retouching Accuracy: Evaluated based on quality, compliance with brand standards, and alignment with project objectives.
- Turnaround Time: Measured by the speed of first draft and time taken for revisions.
- Project Success: Percentage of projects completed successfully within the estimated time frame and to the required quality standard.
