We are seeking for a detail-oriented Replenishment Officer to manage inventory for both our stores and online channels. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining optimal stock levels, preventing stockouts, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. Key product lines (KVLs) and core items must always be available, with a focus on improving stock turnover and keeping stockouts below 5%.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Replenishment: Create and review replenishment orders for selected suppliers using Lokad system.
- Internal Transfers: Coordinate and manage transfers of items from Distribution Centers (DC) to stores, ensuring they align with budget requirements.
- Stock Monitoring: Analyze out-of-stock (OOS) situations and implement actions to reduce OOS percentage to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, chase late or short deliveries, and ensure the high availability of KVLs (Key Value Lines).
- Promotional Management: Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure stock levels align with monthly promotions and other marketing activities.
- Forecasting & Orders: Review forecasting suggestions, manage ETA dates, and address obsolete stock issues, cancelling orders when necessary.
- Stock Reporting: Conduct regular checks on zero stock reports and manage data inputs related to stock transfers.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with finance to close Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure synchronization of stock data.
- Process Improvement: Work with suppliers to improve performance on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and Dock Smart bookings.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist planning teams in managing stock levels for new store openings.
- Continuously seek improvements in the Lokad purchasing system to enhance user experience and stock management efficiency.
- Ad hoc tasks related to inventory and replenishment as needed.

- Experience:
- Previous experience in replenishment or inventory management is preferred.
- Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Personality:

- Strong collaboration skills, especially in supplier relationships.

This role is based onsite at our office in Ortigas, Pasig City.
